Оре́ст Оста́пович Абрагамо́вич is a Ukrainian physician specializing in therapy, born on November 13, 1947, in Lviv, Ukraine. He earned a Doctor of Medical Sciences degree in 1995 and became the head of the Department of Internal Medicine No. 1 the same year. He was appointed a professor in 2003 and became an academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Higher Education of Ukraine in 2007. Additionally, he has served as the chief editor of the scientific-practical journal 'Lviv Clinical Bulletin' since 2012 and was recognized as a Distinguished Professor and Honored Physician of Ukraine in 2012 and 2017, respectively.
