Vladimir Vretsiona (June 11, 1907 – September 4, 1967) was a Ukrainian doctor and prominent leader in the Plast movement, involved with the Ukrainian Nationalist Organization (OUN). He served as the medical leader of the underground Plast from 1931 to 1932, worked extensively with the Ukrainian Red Cross, and was a founding member of the Ukrainian Medical Society in the USA. After WWII, he emigrated to the US, where he practiced medicine until his unexpected death in 1967. He was actively involved in preserving Ukrainian culture and healthcare in the diaspora.
