Yuri Vasilyevich Doikinov, born on February 21, 1960, in Kherson, Ukraine, is a Ukrainian and Russian politician. He served as a deputy in the Sevastopol City Council across two terms: the V Council (2006–2010) and the VI Council (2010–2014). Doikinov was a member of the Party of Regions and held the position of the head of the Sevastopol City Council from April 13, 2010, to March 17, 2014. He also served as the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol from March 17 to September 22, 2014.
