Valentina Mikayely Safrazbekyan (August 10, 1925 - November 14, 2006) was an Armenian veterinarian and pharmacologist. She was born in Karakilisa, Alexanderpol Province, Armenian SSR, USSR. Safrazbekyan became a doctor of veterinary sciences in 2004 and was appointed as a professor in 1999. Her contributions to veterinary medicine significantly impacted the field in Armenia.
