Alexander Ivanovich Nekrasov (born December 16, 1946) is a Soviet and Ukrainian composer, scientist, music educator, music critic, and public figure. He has been a member of various musicians' unions since 1979. He holds titles such as associate professor (1991), honored artist of Ukraine (1995), and professor (1996). He was awarded a medal in 1970. Nekrasov is known for his contributions to music education and has been active in promoting musical culture in Ukraine.
