She is a member of the National Union of Local Historians of Ukraine and has received multiple awards, including the Hrytsko Chuprynka Prize, the Vasyl Stus Prize in 2011, and the Iryna Kalynets Prize in 2019. She has served as the head of the Brovary Literary and Art Association 'Krynytsia' since 1995 and is a senior research fellow at the Brovary Local History Museum.
