Valentin Ivanovych Pustovoyt (born January 19, 1953, in Bobrovytsia, Chernihiv Oblast; died June 2, 2016) was a Ukrainian journalist and civil servant of the 4th rank. His last position was head of the Information Management Department of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. He held a PhD in philosophy and was a member of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine since 1979, as well as the Association of Political Psychologists of Ukraine and the Sociological Association of Ukraine.
