Archbishop Sebastian, born Mykhailo Yaroslavovych Voznyak on January 23, 1970, in Novy Skomorokh, Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, is a hierarch of the Palestinian Orthodox Church in America (POCA) and currently serves as the Archbishop of Brest. He was previously defrocked and served as the Bishop of Chernihiv and Nizhyn for the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Kyiv Patriarchate.
