Mykhailo Ivanovych Seigo (August 6, 1914 - July 15, 1989) was a prominent public figure in the Ukrainian diaspora in Canada. He served as an editor for various periodicals and worked as a screenwriter and director. Seigo was a member of the executive committee of the United Ukrainian Canadians Society and edited the weekly newspaper 'The Westerner.' He was also the editor of the 'Ukrainian Canadian' from 1954 and director from 1960 to 1980. He co-authored a book about Taras Shevchenko's youth in 1964 and directed a documentary film.
