Evgeny Semyonovich Evseev (October 16, 1932 – February 16, 1990) was a Soviet publicist known for his anti-Zionist and anti-Semitic propaganda. He was a member of the so-called 'anti-Zionist circle,' which was part of the Russian nationalist movement in the USSR. He worked at the Institute of Philosophy of the USSR Academy of Sciences and published with the 'Molodaya Gvardiya' publishing house, becoming involved in several scandals primarily due to his propaganda activities.
