Zinaida Leonidivna Furmanova (January 5, 1947 – February 2008) was a Ukrainian film critic and screenwriter. She was a member of the National Union of Cinematographers of Ukraine. Furmanova graduated from Kyiv Pedagogical Institute in 1969 and from Kyiv State Institute of Theatre Arts in 1979. She taught special courses in 'Film Criticism Mastery' and 'Screenwriting Mastery' at the same institute from 1995 to 1997.
