Volodymyr Lazarovych Chornyi (born December 30, 1929) is a Ukrainian diplomat and journalist. He was born in Ivankorod, a town in the Khrystynivka Raion of the Kyiv Oblast, which is now part of the Cherkasy Oblast in Ukraine, during the time of the Ukrainian SSR within the USSR.
