He served in the 68th Separate Hunting Brigade of the Special Operations Engineer Technical Company during the Russo-Ukrainian War. He was awarded the Order of Courage III degree by the president of Ukraine posthumously, having died on September 11, 2022, in Bohoyavlenka, Donetsk Oblast, due to injuries sustained in combat.
