Born and raised in Kafr Al-Sudan in Desouq, Egypt, he memorized the Quran under the esteemed Sheikh, Ali Abu Laylah. His chain of transmission extends to the Prophet Muhammad, reaching Imam Ibn Al-Jazari after just 11 scholars, representing the highest extension of any chain leading to the Prophet.
