Mahmoud Salim Ahmed Al-Jalabi, born on April 10, 1945, in Baghdad, is an Iraqi scientist and leader in space mechanical engineering. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado in 1969 and obtained the title of Leading Researcher from the Military Technical Institute in Yugoslavia in 1987. Al-Jalabi is a founding member of the Iraqi Parapsychology Association and has contributed significantly to parapsychology and related fields through numerous publications and presentations at international conferences.
