Венцислав Любомиров Сейчев, known as Bat Ventsi, is a Bulgarian musician and rapper. He has been a member of the group Upsurt since its establishment in 1996. He is also known as the author of the music for the song 'Vtora tsedka' and provided the voice for Raphael, one of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, in the animated film of the same name.
