Krassimir Nedelchev Manev is a Bulgarian mathematician specializing in discrete mathematics and theoretical computer science. He is a professor and lecturer at the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics at Sofia University and New Bulgarian University. An author of numerous textbooks and aids, he has led the national team in informatics for many years, achieving various successes in international competitions. Since 2014, he has served as the president of the International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI). Additionally, he was a secret collaborator with the State Security under the pseudonym Bozhil from 1982 to 1986.
