Yuriy Frantsovych Zinkovskyi is a Ukrainian scientist in radio electronics, radio engineer, and educator, born on March 17, 1933, in Kozyatyn. He earned a Doctor of Technical Sciences degree in 1975 and became a professor in 1981. He is an Honored Worker of Science and Technology of the Ukrainian SSR and received State Prizes from the USSR and Ukraine. A researcher in radio technology and electromagnetic protection, he has authored over 500 scientific works and continues to teach at the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
