Chen Ruo-Cui, born on April 29, 1969, is a political figure in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan. She is affiliated with the Kuomintang party and served as a city councilor. Chen was first elected in 2018 but faced defeat in her re-election bid in 2022. In 2023, she was nominated by the Kuomintang to run for the Legislative Yuan in the fourth electoral district of Kaohsiung City, but she was unsuccessful in this attempt.
