Eliezer Shoshani (December 15, 1905 – December 8, 1987) was a public figure during the Jewish settlement period in the Land of Israel and the early days of the state. He was among the pioneers who fought for Hebrew labor in the moshavot, an active member of the Haganah, and a founder of Kibbutz Yehoshua. From 1956 to 1958, he served as the secretary of the 'Union of Groups and Kibbutzim' and in 1967, took on the role of secretary of the 'Alliance of the Kibbutz Movement'.
