Luka Dragicevic is a colonel of the Army of Republika Srpska, born on November 14, 1951, in Pretisa, Visegrad. During the Bosnian War, he commanded the 2nd Drina Light Infantry Brigade and served as the assistant commander of the Sarajevo-Romanija Corps for moral, religious, and legal matters. He led the Visegrad Brigade during the liberation of Visegrad in 1992.
