Димитър Николов Пехов, познат като Митко Пеев, е български музикален педагог и диригент, роден на 18 април 1942 г. в село Вършец. Започва кариерата си като музикант и създава първия ученически духов оркестър в родния си град. Действа активно за възстановяване на оркестри и насърчава младежката музикална култура. Пеев е известен с възраждането на Националния преглед на ученическите духови оркестри и остава активен до смъртта си на 18 април 2016 г., на своя рожден ден.
