Yekaterina Yuríevna Tour, born on August 24, 1989, in Leningrad, is a Russian physician, psychosomatic therapist, neuropsychologist, and pediatrician specializing in bronchial asthma and COPD. She is the founder of three psychosomatic communities in Russia and the creator of somatic meditations. As a professor, she developed the Mindfulness Meditation of Conscious Concentration method. Yekaterina has authored scientific articles and research on meditation and emotional intelligence management, and is a member of the Russian Psychological Society and the St. Petersburg Psychology Society.
