He worked in various roles including as a reporter for major newspapers and held leadership positions at Egemen Kazakhstan newspaper, significantly increasing its circulation. He has authored several books and received multiple awards, including the President of Kazakhstan's award and the title of Honored Worker of Kazakhstan. He has been the editor-in-chief of Astanа Akshamy since March 2017.
