Rzabek Zholdyuly Khobdabergenov (born May 9, 1929) is a retired engineer and politician. He was a deputy in the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR from 1967 to 1985 and received the USSR State Prize in 1971. He graduated from the M.I. Kalinin Institute of Nonferrous Metals and Gold in 1952 and started his career at the Shymkent Lead Plant, eventually becoming its director from 1970 to 1985.
