Seong Jang-hyun (born May 17, 1955) is a South Korean politician who has served as the mayor of Yongsan District, Seoul in multiple terms. He graduated from Soonchunhyang University High School, completed a degree in Public Administration at Anyang University, and earned a master's degree from Dongguk University. He later obtained a doctorate from Dankook University. Seong was elected as the Yongsan District mayor representing the Democratic Party in the local elections held on June 2, 2010.
