최독견 (1901년 3월 15일 ~ 1970년 6월 5일)은 대한민국의 소설가 및 극작가로, 일제강점기와 한국 전쟁 시기에 활동하였다. 본명은 최상덕이며, 대표작으로는 《승방비곡》과 《황혼》이 있다. 그는 동양극장에서 전속작가 겸 지배인으로 활동하며 신파극을 공연하였다. 전후에는 언론계에서 주필로 일하며 한국 전쟁에도 참전, 금성화랑 무공훈장을 수상했다. 그러나 언론계에서의 필화 사건으로 큰 타격을 입었다.
