Mile Horvat is a Croatian lawyer and politician of the Serbian minority in Croatia, born on May 16, 1959, in Kneževi Vinogradi, FNR Yugoslavia (now Croatia). He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Osijek and is the Vice President of the Independent Democratic Serbian Party (SDSS). Horvat was a member of the Croatian Parliament from January 2008 to 2011 and again from October 2012, serving in various committees. He also served as the deputy prefect of Osijek-Baranja County from 2000 to 2008 and is married with two children.
