Miodrag Vartabedian Varta was a Serbian-Armenian graphic artist, painter, book designer, and illustrator. He was born on May 23, 1933, in the Mladenovac city municipality, Belgrade, in the Socialist Republic of Serbia. Varta was known for his contributions to art and design and was the son of Vahan and Anik Vartabedian. He passed away on September 8, 2009, in Belgrade, Serbia.
