Pərviz Cəbrayıl (b. January 18, 1971) is an Azerbaijani poet, writer, and publicist, known for his role as the editor of the 'Azadlıq' newspaper. He was born in Biləsuvar and pursued journalism at Baku State University. His literary works include the acclaimed novels 'Öləngi' and 'Yad dildə,' the latter winning multiple awards for its artistic portrayal of Azerbaijani society.
