Midhad Hujdur, also known as Hujka, was a member of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, serving in the First Mostar Brigade. He commanded a battalion of 1200 fighters and later took command of the brigade, which was eventually named the 41st Famous Brigade. Hujdur was killed on June 30, 1993, during an action to unblock Mostar and was buried in the Šehitluci cemetery. He was posthumously awarded the 'Golden Lily' and the Order of the Hero of the Liberation War.
