Jia Runian (January 3, 1946 – January 7, 2013), also known as 'Old Jia', 'Jia Bazi', and 'Minister of Defense for the Underworld', was a former Taiwanese naval officer and a notable figure in organized crime in Taiwan. Born in Nanjing and originally from Huaiyuan, Anhui, he was the former leader of the Four Seas Gang. During his life, he was involved in arms smuggling and various intimidation cases.
