Parviz Siyar, born on May 5, 1938, in Tehran, is a former football referee, referee expert, and physician from Iran. He began his refereeing career in Germany and continued to officiate in Iran's Takht Jamshid Cup and Tehran's club competitions from 1975 onwards. He graduated in general medicine from Erlangen University and underwent training in general surgery and traumatology at the Surgical Clinic of Osnabrück, Germany.
