Ivan Šegedin (born May 27, 1963, in Split) is a Croatian composer and founder of the 'International Marko Polo Festival of Song and Wine'. He established a significant musical career, writing and composing over 300 songs and releasing more than 20 music recordings. A dedicated community figure, he organized humanitarian actions and cultural events in Korčula, where he resides. His songs often reflect the beauty of his homeland and have been performed by various famous artists. Šegedin has received numerous awards for his contributions to music and culture.
