Jang Jun-young (張俊英), also known by his Japanese name Jō E Shun-ei, was a bureaucrat during the Japanese occupation of Korea. He was born on May 15, 1906, in Youngwol, Gangwon-do. Jang played a role in the administration during a tumultuous period in Korean history. He passed away on December 23, 1975.
