Jeon Seong-cheon (December 4, 1913 – July 31, 2007) was a South Korean pastor, theologian, journalist, and politician during the Japanese colonial era. He graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University in Japan and earned master's degrees from Princeton and Yale. He served as the Director of the Public Information Office and spokesperson under Syngman Rhee. Devoting much of his life to the marginalized, he led the Gwangju Uprising in 1971 and founded many pioneering churches, viewing his service to the church as a lifelong honor.
