Cənnət Salman oğlu Əliyev was a prominent Azerbaijani businessman and politician, recognized as the first official millionaire of the USSR in 1987. He served as the chairman of the 'Təbriz' cooperative from 1987 to 2001 and held the position of the former ambassador of the Republic of Kalmykia to the Middle Eastern and Arab countries from 1994 to 2000. Additionally, he was one of the founders of the Ural People's Front in 1987 and was also a composer.
