Artur Hovakimyan is an Armenian musician born on May 31, 1983, in Baku, Azerbaijan SSR, USSR. He moved to Artsakh at the age of five and began playing the accordion at fourteen. He played in the popular instruments orchestra in Shushi and later joined the rock band 'Rock' in Artsakh in 2003. In 2006, he moved to Yerevan to perform with the reggae band 'Reincarnation' and has collaborated with musician Eva Sujyan since 2009, as well as the group 'Jinny Style'.
