Armen Gerasimy Charjyan is an Armenian doctor born on January 28, 1960, in Yerevan, Armenian SSR, USSR. He specializes in orthopedics and traumatology and earned his Doctor of Medical Sciences degree in 2011. Charjyan holds the position of associate professor and serves as the head of the Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics at Yerevan State Medical University. He is also the executive director of the 'Izmirlian' Medical Center and a consultant in orthopedics and traumatology for the Ministry of Health of Armenia.
