Harmony Hovsepyan, born on May 11, 1961, in Rasht, Iran, is an Iranian-Armenian freedom fighter. He joined the Armenian Revolutionary Federation in 1983 and served in the Iranian army from 1986 to 1989. In 1990, he moved to Armenia and later to the Shahumyan region of Artsakh, where he was involved in training combat units. He participated in self-defense and liberation battles in Martakert, Kubatlu, Zangelan, Fizuli, and Karvachar. Hovsepyan has been awarded the 1st class Battle Cross of the Republic of Artsakh.
