Бисембай Мамайұлы Ысқақов (born March 25, 1948) is a Kazakh physicist and mathematician. He obtained his Ph.D. in 1995 and became a professor in 1997. He graduated from KazMU (now KazNU) in 1971 and completed postgraduate studies at the Kazakh Mining Institute in 1974. Throughout his career, he held various positions, including engineer, senior researcher, lecturer, and department head at the Kazakh Mining Institute. Since 1997, he has served in leadership roles within the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan. He is the author of over 120 scientific publications.
