Serhiy Mykolaiovych Kusiuk, born on December 1, 1966, is a former colonel of the Ukrainian police and deputy commander of the Berkut special forces unit. He gained notoriety for his involvement in unlawful operations against public demonstrations and media representatives. He is wanted by the Ukrainian General Prosecutor's Office for his alleged role in the mass killings of activists in Kyiv in February 2014. Following his escape to Russia, he became a colonel in the Russian OMON (National Guard) in 2017.
