Volodymyr Osinskyi (born October 25, 1935) is a prominent figure in Berdychiv, Ukraine, known for serving as the director of the Berdychiv garment factory from 1984 to 1997 and as a city council deputy. Under his leadership, the factory navigated the challenging times of the Perestroika era and Ukraine's independence, becoming the largest enterprise in Berdychiv. He also played a key role in establishing one of Ukraine's first Automated Production Management Systems in 1975 at Berdychiv's Prohres plant.
