Dmitry Yakovlevich Starostin (September 16, 1923 — June 27, 2007) was a Soviet military officer serving as the commander of a platoon in the 345th tank battalion of the 91st separate Fastov tank brigade, part of the 3rd Guards Tank Army of the 1st Ukrainian Front. He was awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union for his bravery during World War II.
