Arcadiy Sylvestrovych Opaits (born February 28, 1948) is a Romanian poet and public figure from the village of Cheresh in the Chernivtsi region of Ukraine. He is a member of the Union of Writers of Romania and Moldova, a distinguished worker of Ukrainian culture, and an academician of the International Academy of Culture and Arts.
