Vitaliy Ivanovych Rozenko (April 26, 1939 - August 10, 2021) was a Ukrainian law enforcement officer, scientist, diplomat, and judge. He held the rank of major general in the police force. Rozenko served as the rector of the National Academy of Internal Affairs from 1992 to 1994 and became an associate professor in 1994. He was awarded the title of Honored Lawyer of Ukraine in 2002 and served as a retired judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
