向进 (1915年6月—2014年7月2日)，原名何武坦，是湖南省永顺县人。1938年加入革命，1939年入伍，1944年起多次担任卫生及医疗教育职位，包括山东军区卫生学校校长与第二军医大学副校长。1978年，他成为第二军医大学校长。于2014年7月在上海逝世，享年99岁。
