Grigory Ustinovich Tkachev (May 12, 1914 – August 3, 1985) was a Soviet military serviceman and a participant in the Great Patriotic War. He was a full cavalier of the Order of Glory and served as a gun commander in the 609th Ostrolenka Red Banner Infantry Regiment of the 139th Roslavl Red Banner Suvorov Order Infantry Division of the 49th Army on the 2nd Belarusian Front. He held the rank of senior sergeant at the time he was nominated for the Order of Glory 1st class.
