Petyr Fomich Tolochko was a veteran from the Soviet Union, born on June 10, 1922, in the North Kazakhstan region. He participated in World War II starting in 1942 after being drafted into the Red Army in 1941. He was awarded the third-class Order of Glory and became an honorary citizen of the Ruzaev district. After being discharged from the army in 1946, he worked as a driver. Tolochko also participated in the Victory Parade in Moscow in 1945. He passed away on February 17, 2010.
