Hồng Ngọc, born Nguyễn Thị Hồng Ngọc on August 6, 1978, is a Vietnamese singer. She started singing at the age of 13 and gained recognition by ranking A in the 1991 competition 'Song of the Red Phoenix Flower in Sóc Trăng'. Hồng Ngọc achieved 4th place in the 1996 Ho Chi Minh City Television Singing Contest and later returned to win 3rd place in 1997. She is well-known for her song 'MẮT NAI CHA CHA CHA'.
